Alexander Lewis2021-08-25My AC went out on us this past Sunday. Walt came out and explained what it would cost to get my old system running again. I explained that I was actually in the market for a full replacement and he set me up with an appointment Tuesday for the install. He didn't charge me for the emergency, Sunday service call. I had gotten some quotes from a few other contractors(one of them a very prominent one here in central Florida) and he beat their prices by about $1,300. His crew arrived Tuesday morning and had the entire system installed in a little over 3 hours. They are fast, efficient and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The registration process for the warranty was explained to me as well. Here we are, one full day later and the new system(a Ruud brand unit) is working great. It completely blows away my old worn-out Trane unit. I highly recommend them!!

He got here in about a 1/2 hr and knew exactly what to check..and that was indeed the problem. Luckily/sadly it was a simple maintenance problem that I didn't realize I was supposed to keep up with. Thank you for going above and beyond. Will definitely call you guys, during normal business hours, again in the future.
